Hi, I'm Lin. That's not my real name, but it's a name I use on the internet. I'm a line cook. The first post on this blog was written about two weeks after starting my very first cook only job. My only goal with all of my posts is to document the exact space I'm in while writing. The post timeline shows my journey towards discovering what it means to be a real human being, and how much grief is involved in letting go of who I once could have been.
